Casey Jones has over 35 years of experience in championing organization-wide  transformations and coaching senior level leaders. As an independent consultant, he helps small to mid-size companies grow revenue and profits by creating business strategies and efficient processes while aligning teams to optimize operational performance.  His laid back approach is ‘people centered’ which enables him to effectively coach company leaders to align and develop their teams to meet and surpass established business goals.

His background includes experiences in the US Army, Manufacturing, Distribution Logistics and Service organizations. He holds a MBA from Wake Forest University.
