Whether it’s laughing at myself for some of the silly things I continue to do, a great comedy like Big Bang Theory, Multiplicity or Mash, the comics in the Sunday Paper, or on stage as a member of a stand-up group – I love to laugh!

I’ve had a curious streak since I first opened my eyes and want to understand how the world works and I don’t buy into the old adage “Curiosity killed the cat” because I know that satisfaction brought her back.

And, I unequivocally know that I was put on this earth to connect with others, nature and the divine. It is at those moments of connection that I feel most alive.

I find the process of watching a team or individual develop beyond what they thought possible gratifying and inspiring. Since 1993 I have made guiding and witnessing this type of growth my vocation and I am looking forward to continuing this work as part of The Thrive Village.

I’m not a fan of being “talked at.” I am committed to designing programs and processes that ensure the folks present have an environment where all voices are welcome and can be heard. It is through the understanding and integration of difference that we reach our best decisions and create our most effective plans.

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.” – Henry Ford
